Online yoga classes

Due to the circumstances, all group gatherings are suspended, including our yoga meetings. But, in times of crisis and emergency, yoga becomes even more necessary so that we can develop awareness of ourselves and what is happening around us, to maintain our inner balance, spiritual development and physical shape.

That is why I suggest you to continue our yoga classes online.

These online lessons are designed for people who already know my way of teaching and have attended my classes. These include mantras, asanas, pranayama, mudras, gangs, meditation and yoga nidra.

When:

Duration: 90 min.

Payment is carried out on the day of the practice through the application.

I will be happy to continue to develop our yoga attitude together even in these extraordinary times. It helps us maintain positivism and prevent fear and panic from overwhelming us. Let's do what we can. If we cannot directly change the situation, then we can work on ourselves to maintain high energy, to be cheerful and calm, because this keeps the immunity strong, and anxiety and stress reduce the immune system.
