Yoga and stress management

This course will help you relieve the deep burdens, anxieties and tensions that we accumulate in our daily lives. This improves focus and concentration, as well as sleep quality.

The course is a continuation of the second level and is aimed at those people who have participated in yoga courses, minimum level 1. It is suitable for all ages and abilities.
It will include theory and practice of: Asana, pranayama, mudra, mantra, breathing techniques, meditation and deep relaxation to help you establish and maintain harmony, balance and resilience in the body, mind and life in general.
